What is the current order lead time?

Our current lead time is approximately 2 weeks for all orders.

Each piece is made to order, so please allow adequate time before your event.

We currently offer sizes:

What is your return policy?

Because all garments are made to order, we do not offer returns for change of mind or sizing.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us via email and we’ll be happy to organise a refund or replacement.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been handmade (approximately 2 weeks), shipping times are as follows:

• Domestic Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

• Domestic Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

During busy periods, production times may vary. We recommend ordering a few weeks in advance to ensure your piece arrives on time.
